Arrival and orientation
Transfer from Fortaleza airport, check-in at the Beach Hub boutique house, and dinner with your advisor to go over the week and the shortlist.
The coast, north to south
Six to eight properties in one day, in the order the light favours them. Notes and photos sent to you the same night.
Second look and the neighbourhood
Back to the two or three that stood out, at a different hour. Supermarket, clinic, school and beach — the boring details that decide it.
A day in the life
No properties. Morning on the sand at the Beach Hub Caramanchão, a kite or jangada outing with our partners, dinner where the locals eat. You are testing the week you would actually live.
The numbers
Morning at the table with the lawyer and the currency broker: total cost, taxes, timeline, visa. Afternoon free.
The quiet second opinion
Your favourite once more, unannounced and at a different hour, then the day is yours — beach, dunes, or nothing at all. Time to sleep on the numbers, twice.
Decision or departure
If you are ready, we sign the offer. If not, no pressure — the dossier goes home with you and the shortlist stays open.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
You book the flight. We handle the rest.
The visit costs €480 for two people, and it is deducted in full from our advisory fee if you buy. Flights and meals are yours; accommodation at the boutique house is quoted separately at member rate.
