The Aquiraz registry office where every deed in our portfolio is filed and checked.
Architect and builder
For build-ready plots and renovations: plans, permits, budget and site supervision while you are away — always with the ART (CREA) or RRT (CAU) filed for both design and execution.
Rental manager

How we are paid
Stated up front, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Advisory fee
A fixed fee for the concierge work — dossier, translation, visit, coordination. Quoted before you commit, and the visit fee comes off it.
Never a markup
We do not inflate a price to hide a fee, and we do not take a cut from the lawyer, the currency broker or the notary. Their invoices come to you directly.
We host you where we would live ourselves.
